Pricing questions
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
What counts as an active client?
Any client with open authorizations or scheduled visits in the current month. Discharged or inactive clients don't count toward your tier.
What happens if I grow past my tier?
We let you know before you cross the limit and move you to the next tier on your next billing date. Nothing is shut off mid-month.
Do you offer promotions or a free month?
Yes — your account manager can attach a promo code (for example, a first month free) to your agreement before you sign. It's applied automatically to your first invoice.
How does onboarding work?
Every plan includes guided onboarding with a named account manager. Pro plans include data import and migration assistance for your existing client and caregiver records.
